i dont think so
how they will give you points for the toefl score ?
to be in the safe side do IELTS please
why taking the risk that the visa officers give whatever points they see appropriate
any way this only my point of view may somebody ealse know better

Whatever, but TOEFL is not accepted even before and right now in current immigration process.
follow IELTS - GT exam only.
