Toefl and gre scores are acceptable instead IELTS

Hello, I am from india presently  in USA completed my Masters in computer science, Do I need to take IELTS though I have TOefl an Gre scores. Is the application fee is refundable if my application is denied.

Application fees are not refunded in case of rejection.

Regarding the exam scores, as far as my research goes only IELTS scores are accepted. I too have a TOEFL score and would be glad if it's accepted. But I think and IELTS score is the only one that is accepted.

If I show in writing that I did masters in USA and also i got work experience where english language was used, will that help in waiving IELTS

I did the same. But they asked me to take the IELTS. If someone is not a native english speaker, in most cases they ask them to take the IELTS.

What if I can't take the test in my country of residence. IELTS is not offered everywhere.
