guys, our NOC (3111) last week was 48 and now it went to 63. We are planning on sending our application during the last week of October. Do you think we should worry?

63 for two months is not that fast compared to 3152 and 1122.
so i think your safe if you send your papers late October.

They submit applcations in order of arrival. Once you receive the notice of file transfer to your VO, you are in. In other words, they might already have more than 500 applications but theu processed only 64 of them. In your case, you have no choice other than waiting. So do not panic. |

but as i read the cap is for "applications to consider to processing"! can someone clear this out for me?
is it the first 500 application they receive
or
the first 500 applications that are worth processing and go to the next round
or
they will only accept 500 applications that will BE accepted for immigration?
