TODAY I GOT request to Submit new POF by Buffalo.

Dear all just FYI:

I just got email today morning from my lawyer (this site owner) that submit new all POF within 30days to Buffalo CHC.

Is it good sign and that mean my case is in good progress?
My all 5 employers get verification call just last week. that means Background check is over?
I guess my PCC's and FBI certificates still not older than 1year so buffalo not request about any PCC or FBI. just asked to submit new POF.
I will keep update here. anyone get any news this week. my e-case still In-process and pending review.

Thanks, I heared that verification call means that is over educational and employement related background check is over, just security check is pending? is it? yes, I have good enough money 4 times more than they requested for 2 people (I have 45K USD cash in 2 banks) I am not counting indian SBI account becasue its just 3500 USD if I calculate, becasue SBI statement takes time to get my NRE NRO statement.

What is difference between "Application Pending Review.. VO will contact you" and "Application Reviewed... VO will contact you." any difference between case pending review and case reviewed during in-process.

Congrats. Yes I would say it seems like you are doing good progress. OMG calling all 5 employers seems like pretty intense background check. Are they all US employers (seeing you are in CO)?

The call just nothing more in depth, my previous employer told me that just they call for some seconds only, and asked Mukund work with your company and my employer said yes , then thanks and good bye, I guess becasue night in South africa so the CHC people dont ask more, even one european employer from netherland he dont know good english language so he told I dont know english but mukund is nice person, thats it. with USA employer they talk 2minutes and asked about who they hold my H1B or who hold H1B, my employer told that he hold it my H1B, but nobody confirm any role/duties.

OK, but I never waste single day to send all documents, today I got request for new latest POF, I just take printouts from Bank of america and wells fargo, even online statement too. now today before 5pm as per colorado time I will send all POF proof to buffalo overnight courier and buffalo will get tomorrow morning at between 10am to 1pm.
if you use time to submit documents then it will delay your case, even my file is complete clean, nothing missing any documents, IELTS and french points good enough to score my high language ability. I send all document notarized and which is mandatory to submit originals I sent it originals only.
I observed my NOC 1233 have less people and more jobs demand in Canada.

Right , they start looking, but not sure for all or just few people to respected NOC's.
My status as mentioned in signature and above that Employement verification call completed last week. missing or updation of documents requested just POF? I guess what else missing? PCC and FBI is still not older then 1year , but yes if Buffalo take time and again slow for me then I have to send all PCC's FBI certificate that will painfull job for me. becasue again I have to contact all embassies , fill forms, get photocopies, send courriers , pay fees etc uhhh.. its pain in asss***s to do again this panic job....!!
