To who gets passport request from CPP-O

Hello aLL,
I see many of members on the forum getting their passport requests from CPP-O. Congrts on that. My questions is that
How much time they generally give us to submit our passport for stamping ? 15 days or 30 days ?
Please share your experience. This will help me to plan my us trip in advance as i am from India.

For me they worte as below :
We recommend that you submit your passport(s) within the next 15 days to the Consulate General of Canada in Buffalo.
You are required to submit your passport(s) within the next 30 days.
