I am confused about using the new forms (that it is stated o be accepted after No. 14) or the old ones (which I've been considering for my application since I am applying within the month of October. Please advise me, which ones should I use?
I will be sending my application via DHL, which is supposed to send it within 24 hours, so, if I send my application (for instance) on Nov. 1st, it will reach the destination in 2 days. I mean, do I take a big risk if I use the old version, based on the above logic??

Please help

Hi Rozeta, please make sure to use the new forms as they are already accepted by CIC. However, if you use the old forms and if for any reason they reach CIC after the 14th, they may return your application. All the best!

You mean that, even if I use the new forms and they reach the office before Nov 14, they will accept it?

Yes, the new forms are valid even if your application reaches today. In fact, they have been valid ever since they were published. So don't take any chances, just use the new forms!
