Dear Sir,
This is the status of my PR Application - FSW, NOC:3152

We received your application for permanent residence on March 26, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 31, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 8, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

1. how long should I approximately wait to get MR or any changes in my e- status?
2. Is it wise to reapply in July 2012 ? or just wait....since almost 2 years over now.
3.if reapplying , to apply through immigration consultant or self, my current application processed by a consultant

Kindly reply for the above mentioned queries.

this i will not advice .... even if i m not wrong qorax will also not advice this to u..... u r in the listed occupation list
it happens sometimes that your application stuck up.... generate some case specific enquiry .
by reapplying u will again to wait for approx 12 months atleast and there is also a chance that the CAP got reached and ur application return then?
so its purely my opinion that u should wait...... although wat does wait means i can understand as i m also in the same boat but if u have waited as much time so be hopeful ........ dont loose hope

Season Greetings I got my CAIPS notes recently and it states that my PAPER FILE WAS SENT TO : CB B/F FILE 60W ON 25/1/2012 MICROLACATOR.  Does this means on this date my file will be reviewed and if everything is ok will received my medical. I have submitted my doccument and did my police certifcate in 2009.

Awaiting a reply please.

Season Greetings I got my CAIPS notes recently and it states that my PAPER FILE WAS SENT TO : CB B/F FILE 60W ON 25/1/2012 MICROLACATOR.  Does this means on this date my file will be reviewed and if everything is ok will received my medical. I have submitted my doccument and did my police certifcate in 2009.

Your VO expected to complete your processing by that date & thus, requested 'CB' [sometime earlier] to return the file by 60-weeks on 25/1/2012.
