Mr lakhvinder.kaur  you are the right person I recommend to establish a spread sheet for all applicants for better information . I suggest that this spreed sheet should include information mentioned on your old spread sheet under title VO. by this way all applicants can make their expectations based on real historical data and meantime knowing that each VO working on which applications. I think also that this spread sheet should be open to all and maintained regualry by you.

this my opinon and I hope you could able to do so for all members of this forum. thanks in advance for your kind cooperation.
