1. Read lots of English Novels, News Papers and Magazines
2. Watch as many as English Movies and Serials
3. whatever runs in your mind keep translating in english and speak in english to many people if not in front of mirror
4. Write short essays and letters....

Louay,

The internet is full of useful websites that can help you with IELTS, one of them is http://www.ielts-exam.net/.
It's also important to get the flavor of the exam, that is how questions will be asked and how they should be answered.
One month is definitely short period to improve a language, but everything is possible with dedication and commitment.

Good luck

There are some very useful videos on youtube, do watch and practice the tricks. I think it is important to find recent IELTS topics and do lot of these. Sometime topics repeat and you will also get practice on the real questions.

www.ielts-blog.com/recent-ielts-exams/questions-and-topics-from-recent-ielts-exams/

Another trick is to use the IELTS answer sheet for your practice.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/5208562/ANSWER-SHEET-FORMAT-FOR-PRACTICE

Practice as much as you can and then see if you can get it checked with someone.
