to fill pr appliication at airport

hi al
i am leaving to canada in march.does any one know who has to fill the pr application at airport?only the principal applicant or everyone?

You or your family don't need to fill up any form while landing at the Airport Immigration counter. The Immigration Officer will complete all necessary information in the COPR and also will enter some details in his computer. The PR Card will be processed automatically.
