Thank you po sa response. Nag email na po ako sa kanila, pwede po ba uli magtanong?, so nung bumalik po kayo sa Nationwide for repeat Urinalysis sinabi po ba agad sa inyo na need din kayo mag X-ray ulit or kayo po ang nagtanong? Sa akin po kasi itinanong ko sa table 1 sabi niya OK na daw lahat, kaya lan nalito ako dahil idinagdag pa niya na tatawagan na lang daw ako kung may problem. Pasensiya na po medyo worried lan talaga ako. Just email them for follow-up, same tayo ng worries ganun din sakin pina repeat xray ako but different view, kaya ako nagfollow-up lagi kasi pabalik ako ng job-site ko dito sa Saipan and I have only few days before I leave at di pa sure kung tapos na medical ko that time.
Sa email masipag naman mag reply ung incharge. Here are my time line:
Sept 7 - went for medical (me and my wife)
Sept 11 - went back for my wife's Urine test only (dun ko nalaman na need ko ng xray ulit - paid P400)
Sept 14 - Xray was reviewed by the doctor
Sept 14 - @ 5:14pm Nationwide reply to my email that no more additional test to be done
Setp 16- need to go back to Saipan (date of departure)
Sept 21 - my wife's medical was forwarded to Embassy
Sept 27 - my medical was forwarded to Embassy
Now waiting for PPR

I asked them kasi I have limited time in Philippines, then they checked my files and there is "note" that I need to re-take the Xray. They always say they will call if there are additional test but I never received a call, so I keep on sending email for the status and Nationwide (Wendy) do reply to my emails. If they say Ok na meaning as of that time wala problem. Dont wori pag meron problem sa medical they will really call for the additional test or medication (if needed). Sa case ko kasi I dont have enough time to wait for the additional test or anything kasi I need to go back sa work ko (nag leave lang kasi ako to take the medical exam) |

I dont understand your question but ill try to answer it anyway, after doing your medical just wait from 1 to 3 weeks if you haven't receive a call or other notice from the center it will be forwarded automatically to the embassy. dear seniors,
i have recently renewed my passport. i used to have a green one which would be expiring on feb 2011. having read the tips on different threads here, i anticipated CEM's need for a machine readable passport, so i got a new one and brought it to my medical exam in Nationwide.
my question is to those who have the same experience, how did you notify CEM of the change in passport number? i was told by nationwide that i should inform CEM, and that their only concern is that i have a valid passport at the time of the medical examination. what i did was to call CEM to tell them of the recent change. the trunkline operator said that i should notify them thru email. i did, and got a machine generated response acknowledging the receipt of my email.
would this suffice? can somebody else share their experience in this regard? thank you and god bless!

@ batanGenyo29: actually you don't really need to inform the CEM about the renewal of your passport. Same din yung situation ko sayo... nag renew ako ng passport before ng medical. Sinabi din naman ng Nationwide sa akin na hindi na kailangang i-notify ang CEM for passport renewal. Then after a month na-receive ko na yung PPR ko |

 Its almost 8 days past, but we haven't heard from Nationwide so it means hopefully and I pray na wala ng problema sa medical namin ng two kids and my wife! but we still have to visit Nationwide tomorrow because di nakapag take ng urine si mrs dahil nagka monthly siya that time.

I received our Medical Request of my son last aug 16 and took the test last Sept 21 and until now, wla nman tawag clinic. Ask ko lang dun sa mga nag-take ng medical kung ilang months ang tinagal bgo kyo pinadalhan ng embassy to forward your orig passport? thanks.

Nationwide in Makati is open from Monday-Friday 8:00-3:00pm ; and SATURDAY 8:00-12:NN |
