good day po sa kanilang lahat.....bago lang ako dito...magtatanong lang ako kasi sa ppr na pinadala sa amin ay may appendix a form na dapat i fill up nacoconfuse lang ako kung sino dapat pumirma sa principal applicant na nakasulat doon also kung saan ko ba dapat lagay information about my passport, sa applicant area ba o sa spouse area.......hope u could share something about it ksi up to now di ko pa nafillup ang form

ok sa Nationwide, mababait mga staff, clinic is not crowded you can complete the whole medical exam in an hour and a half, medyo matagal lang mag fill-up ng forms and this is the very first step, try to also visit their clinic if you have time, otherwise just go straight to their clinic as walk-in applicant, wala naman kasing by appointment dun, goodluck =) |

Mga nakakahawang sakit.... AIDS, HEPA mga ganyan ata.
hello, kahit hepa b positive nakakapasa din as long as you know your condition and your doing well. sa mga iba pang sakit as long as ok yung condition and manageable nman i think ipapasa din nila.  GODBLESS. |

oh no? ano sakit sa puso? grabe naman yung timbol...
sa Nationwide kaya walang issues? curious lang...pero sa tingin ko dun kami ng family ko if ever makakuha na kami ng med req.
ok nmn dun kmi ng anak ko ng pamedical....actually may UTI nga ko di clear ang urine test ko ..sbi ko gagamutin ko muna ill be back after a week ...sbi skin no need na drink a lot of water lng daw tpos ichecheck nila yung urine ko ..so nka 5 times ako . yun last ngclear n dw urine ko hahahaha kya hapon n ko nkauwi... hehehe...sa anak kong 3 yrs old wala nmn msydo gnwa tinimbang lng at interview.. |

we have already taken our medicals last 31st of July, i just want to ask if you submitted already our medicals to the embassy ..coz i want to follow through your landline but i cant connect ,only your answering fax is being heard always ... thanks!! hoping for your response!! thanks!!
