hello po  for MR kami with my 2 kids ask ko lang kung kailangan talaga ng record ng vaccines? naiwala ko na kasi parehas, then second question i was diagnosed with toxic goiter 10 yrs ago the nag undergo ako ng radio active last march lng  kailangan ko pa bang i declare  yun? if ever di ba big problem yun? kasi ok naman ako tnx

@ lukring,,need talaga ang record ng vaccination ng mga bata kc hiningi nila un sa mga anak ko...ilang taon n po ba ang mga anak nyo? un record ng latest ng test m last march un na lang...kc pag d m dinala un record pababalikin ka pa nila para sa med abstract mo

hello thank you sa mga info guys tumawag ako sa st lukes at nationwide sinabi ko yung case ko sabi nila ok lng  kahit walang vaccine pero sa st. lukes kung wala daw dun nalang mismo sa kanila bibigyan ng vaccine ask ko sa kanila kung magkanu sabi nila kasama na sa medical fee regarding sa payment di parin ako convincing kasi kaka medical lang ng ka office mate ko nung wla silang ma i present binigyan silang 3 ng vaccine for total of 18 thou grabe...... mahal regarding sa goiter ko medical certificate lang daw thanks

yung record ng vaccine kahit photocopy lang naman ng baby record book ng kids mo ok na. kasi kung dun nila lagyan ulit na vaccine, hindi ba magiging double dose yun? anyway, you need the immunization records for school as well pag enroll mo sa kanila so might as well take care of this now kaysa pag nasa Canada ka na di ba..

             HI! To All Who Made Medical Examination to Nationwide Health System Inc. I'm a newbie here, I like to ask about medical exam. Is it the HEPATITIS B is included in medical exam or is it possible that a HEPA B positive would have a chance to be a permanent residents of Alberta Canada.
             One thing I ask this because we my family are already nominated by Alberta government and i am preparing to submit my documents to federal for Permanent Residence and i'm just affraid that all this effort to live in Alberta Canada will be denied, because my wife is a Hepa B. positive. Do we still have a chance? Anyway I found this in a website:
 Applications for permanent residence may not be approved if an applicant's health or the health of his family members:

    * is a danger to public health or safety, or
    * would cause excessive demand on health or social services in Canada.
             
             By the way i'm presently working here in Alberta Canada and my family are still in the philippines. I hope somebody who have related problem or knowledge or Idea can help me and enlighten me.

hello just want to share my case for medical kami then i was diagnosed with toxic goiter 10 yrs ago  so last march nag decide ako na mag pa radio active iodine treatment for my toxic goiter, last wednesday nag pa labtest ako thanksgod ok na yung mga labtest ko normal na kaya lang lifetime hormones pill. So I asked for medical certificate sa dra. nung binasa ko yung medical certificate ko ang nakalagay na post radio active ako with hypothyroidism high risk for  diabetes pati yung (PCos) polysictic ovarian syndrome nakalagay! then sa remark fit to travel.So I asked my dr. kung kailangan pa bang ilagay yun sabi niya ma tratrace din daw yun sa record wala namna ako diabetes nilagay pa niya na high risk ako, sabi ko kaya kung di ba magkaka problema sa medical certificate na binigay nya sa akin, sabi niya hindi daw dahil marami na siyang patient na nakaalis na. Hingi sana ako sa inyo ng advice balak ko sana pag nag pamedical kami di ko na ibigay yung medical certificate na galing sa kanya i declare ko nalang na may toxic goiter ako then na radio active for treatment yung lahat nalang ng bloodtest ko ang ibibigay ko.  any advice naman thanks

Hi lukring my sister had a worst case than you, she was diagnosed to have thyroid(goiter) cancer.. Yep, she declared it. and the medicine she is maintaining for life as well. And currently she has been a permanent resident of Canada(in Manitoba) for more than 3 years.  And she is waiting for the approval of her Canadian citizenship.

In my opinion your cae is OK. That is not a contagious disease in the first place.  God is good!

And currently she has been a permanent resident of Canada(in Manitoba) for more than 3 years.  And she is waiting for the approval of her Canadian citizenship.

In my opinion your cae is OK. That is not a contagious disease in the first place.  God is good!
