Hi!

I have a question for people who send the documents to Buffalo Office - AINP Only (employer steam)

what is Your experience with sending documents to Buffalo

  • how You have to prepare the documents?
  • did You staples documents with more then one page?
  • or did You leave without staples?
  • did You add additional documents?
  • did You staples how they want on helpful hints (money order on first page photos on second page (separate envelope for family member)
  • did You put money order separate for all family members?
  • did your application back to You (what was wrong with)
  • they ask for some additional documents? (what kind of)

some advice?

regards

it's all spelled it out for you. read and follow instructions. don't make a thesis out of it:

Well, I did not staple anything, used paper clip sparingly, no rubber band.
My check was encashed.

I visited the link above and saw the list of documents you have submitted. The way they are listed, is that the order you followed when putting them together?

I tried to follow the "helpful hints" and according to that I was supposed to put the AINP letter to CIC somewhere in the middle of the pile and I did that, but now I am worried that if they are not going to see it and send my package back. It would have been better if the instruction asked to put the cashier's check and the letter on the top of the pile and attach them with paperclips.

Yes when there were more than 1 page from the same doc...

and just follow the instructions sent with your nomination.... regarding forms, photos, money order, etc... and include all the documents requested...

Good luck!!

I used three staples total. The FBI clearances for me and my wife came with stapled and included them as they are (2 staples). and I stapled the checklist (1 staple). The checklist was 5 pages long and I stapled them together. I got rid off the pages that talk about photos and medical things at the end of the checklist.

For the rest of the documents, I used paperclips. I used one paperclip for each set of the documents. For example, passport copies of all of us papercliped together, birth-certificates of all of us papercliped together, copies of visas, I-94s, and I-797 papercliped together etc. and placed them in the order that is provided my the "helpful hints". I hope this helps.

They received my package yesterday and I do not know if they will accept it or not. So, cannot tell you for sure that what I did is right.

That's what I did - put the cashier's check and the letter on the top of the pile and attach them with paperclips.

HI nomad_musafir

So why You are here - why You asking some questions? why You are not "let me tell you slowly... f o l l o w     t h e     i n s t r u c t i o n s"
All answers are in instructions.

this forum is for us to help us get PR as soon as possible. without any mistakes and return documents etc

some questions are stupid some are very good some are normal but we all need answers for that questions that is why we ask that questions.

regards
