hi,im new here and i need help.my employer said he want to nominee me,he said im the one who process my paper,my problem is i dont know what to do.some friend told me to take the ielts exam before anything else,i visit the website for provincial nominee and says that i need a nomination cerftificate.i really dont know where to start and what application need to fill up first, where to find the application form for nominee.help me please! thank you so much.
Hi,

There are two employer driven streams, Skilled & Semi skilled worker - Employer driven streams (Link below), you might want to open up the link below and see if your employer and candidate meet the requirements....if so download all the forms and start filling them out, your employer needs to fill out some forms on their behalf and then you will have to mail the whole package to AINP, if all paperwork is as per the checklist you should receive your Provincial Nomination letter in a months time...after which you will have to fill out ur PR application and send to CIO sydney

hope it helps!!

really confuse!!!

so my sister-in-law got her AINP and is now applying cic. In the schedule 4, it asked her: Amount of unencumbered transferable and available funds you have, in Canadian dollars. I was the one that showed money for the AINP. Does she have to show money now??? If so what is the minimum??? We haven't send it yet coz we don't know what to do. PLS HELP!!!!

Question..
My AINP nomination expires on june 26 th 2012. But CIO, NS encashed payment on 10 may 2012. My question is.. since my nomination may expire when Buffalo actually starts processing my application. Will I get rejected? Any thoughts on this will be greatly appreciated. I noticed that some people have experienced rejections before the new centrail intake application process for provincial nominees was started.

Thanks,
