hello,

Can anybody help me her what to do of my problem? My contract of my future employer in Canada BC is almost expired then she want to extend the date of expire because I want to finish my contract here in Taiwan, can anybody help where my employer gonna call in Canada so that if I Arrive in BC the Immigration will not get me in trouble.

I fully appreciate of anybody's help.

hi everybody i m akm frm punjab  i got nomination under ainp family stream, on 12may  and i submit application for PR with nomination certificate and other doc on july 26 at new Delhi ,but my  paper was return to me on 3 aug ,due to uncompleted.i have some question  plz reply me as soon as possible

1. birth certificate is necessary for both principal applicant and spouse & my sponsor,because i have only (10th) D.M.C as a proof of birth date

2 is it necessary  university transcript copy of degree in sealed envelop, of my and my spouse

They discontinued the H1B program, see http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrating/ainp.html

Dear All.

Can Somebody help me about the following??

1. I have more than 4 years of experience in sales and want to apply under general stream. Can I Apply ??

2. My Experience stands like

Employer A :-1 years 1 months
Employer B:- 6 Months
Employer C:- 3 Months
Employer D :- 7 Months
Employer E:- 1 year 5 Months
Employer F:- 9 Months

Total Experience:- 4 years & 5 Months

How many Points can I Claim For this Under General Stream??

2. I got the letters of reference from my employers indicating specific start and end dates and Designation But they did not mention the job responsibilities and duties on it and also denied to mention on letter. Can I submit the application with declaration of job duties and responsibilities from myself on the separate Attested Affidavit??


Your help would be highly appreciated..

is it the employment contract or LMO? because if u are still in taiwan i assume that LMO is about to expire and not the employment contract from your employer..please correct me if im wrong. Cheesy
