my NOC is 0213 and is under old list (before rules change applied in april).

I have 10yrs expr which falls under NOC. But I get only 1 year under listed occupations

Do I get 21 points or 15 points ?

21, reason your 0213 NOC falls under skill type 0, A or B, I think to be precise it falls under "0" and to qualify for the FSW category you need to just have 1 year continuous work exp in the list rest as mentioned above, work exp under 0, A or B helps to get 21 points if you have more than 4 years of work exp....provided you have the documents to support your claims

I have 0213 - 1.5 yrs of expr (which falls under ministerial occupational old list)
rest all 5+ expr in 2281 (this 2281 is not under ministerial occupational old list) but it is under skill type B.
So do you mean I will get 21 points ? or just 15 points ?
