You should have asked this earlier.. anyways you can still fax a statement clarifying your situation.. you should have chckd the third option as you were denied visa to canada against a study permit application; not denied canadian immigration..

In my letter of intent i did mentioned that i was rejected last year, is it ok or do i need to send a separate letter for clarifying my situation?

You still need to fax them that you have made a mistake in your application. Describe that you have checked the wrong option and write that instead of chcking 'yes' for 'e' you should have chckd 'no' and chckd 'yes' for option 'f'.

feeling so sad to hear that about you hassan. After how many days they replied u(since medical)? Did u receive ur documents back? What kind of delivery it was? i mean normal(tcs on motorbike and normal paper package) or special(tcs on van and special silk like package)?

ok i've sent them the fax clarifying each and everything, but i was just wondering that will they consider my fax? how long they usually take to reply a fax?
