Hi,

I received application number from Federal Skilled Worker Centralized Intake Office, Nova Scotia yest, stating they have approved my application under FSW category. I would like to know, what would be the further process and timelines for receieving the PR.

AOR = Acknowledgement of receipt

PER = Positive Eligibility Review

RBVO = Received by Visa Office

MR = Medical Request

RPRF = Right for Permanent Residency fees

PR = Passport Request

Since, my file has been submitted to Buffalo Visa Office on 20th Oct, 2011, am awaiting for acceptance of receipt by visa office. As per my attorney, it takes between 2-5 months to receive acknowledgement of application.

Will I would be asked to undergo Medicals immediately after Buffalo Visa Office acknowledges my application or there is more waiting time for Medicals.

After Medicals what is waiting time to receive PR.
