one of my friend got visa in 17 days from chandigarh consulate

Hey I Did Applied for student visa and got rejected; they send me out the reason in about 25 days. I think for Nepal it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get the reply but in case of India it's little bit early.

all is in seventeen days he submited his file in jalandhar VFS and after three days he got letter for medical in ludhiana city.
