timeline for quebec selection

I have all my documents and I plan to apply in January 2012 for Quebec selection.
First I live in the USA, I am an international student in Finance, I am 25 and I have more than 2 years experience in variety of fields including finance/budget , I worked for over 24 months for the District of columbia government, my first language is french, second is english
what kind of timeline should I expect for my application.
