Congratulation jaku....sorry man i was out of town yesterday....its a great news don;t worry about the address thing it will change soon n plan ur flight etc. u will get your passport with visas in next 4-5 days. Hello seniors,
I need a help,i am residing in Canada and applied for PR in NDVO under PNP program,i got a medical and Passport request from Hong kong visa office on 31st may 2012,because NDVO transferred my file to HKVO and i mailed my passport 11th june and new delhi gets my passport 0n 14th june( i checked through courier)
My ecas status shows
You application received on 17th February 2012
we started application on 21st may 2012
medical received(28th june 2012)
Status shows ...in process
Is anybody have any idea why NDVo taking too long?

Hey MC... whats the status on your Visa ??
I applied for the ANIP in May 2010, my nomination was approved in March 2012, The complete file was received at Sydney, Nova Scotia on the April 12, 2012. The CHC at delhi started processing the application on July 18, 2012 and asked me to submit my medical results and original passports to the CHC. The medical was completed and sent to the high commission along with the original passports for me and my family members on July 24, 2012. ( the online status of my file shows in processing and medicals received but no mention of the passports )
I want know approximately how much time will CHC take to return the passports. My husband has to travel abroad for work and we don't have the passports with us
My Brother is getting married in Oct 2012 in canada. Any idea if the entire process will get completed by then ??
Please help or advice coz I'm clueless

I have been nominated under MPNP and CHC New Delhi asked me to complete medical examination and sent original passports on 5 july 2012. Medical was completed on 14 july 2012 and original passports with RPRF sent on 20 july 2012 but I get no acknowledgement of receipt for passports etc. and my online status is also not showing the information about medical.
Can I drop a email to CHC about the AOR for my passports etc.?
Friends ! please help me in this regard.

i too sent my passport to NDVO, it will reach to NDVO on 11th aug, i sent it through canada post/ fedex , not sure if thats the right way but i enquire with canada post and they said that if its international courier it will go through fedex only, canada post doesnt operate outside canada. if anyone here has sent passport from canada please let me know weather i did the right thing.

Hey Rupalinder First to correct you its Mrs Chaddha..... Well I don't think that sending an email asking about AOR of passports and RPRF can affect the processing of case. I know its daunting that we don't have a clue about the fact that our passports have reached safely or not... Why don't you check the delivery report with the courier company ( if that was how u sent them ) ... At the moment all we can do is wait n pray . All the best |

My timeline:
PPR/MR/RPRF: 16 july 12
Medical done: 25 july 12
PP/RPRF/Medical receipt sent: 28 july 12
Received at NDVO: 30 July 12
ECAS: In process. Medical received not added.
DD: Not encashed.
Anyone has an idea how much more time for PP to be sent back?
Also can i change job now? Would it affect my application?

Well, I hope you didn't mail your passport from Canada to India. When I Had applied for my PR the processing time increased from 5 - 9 months and now It's 10 months. For me everything got done within the mentioned processing time, hopefully they do it the same way for you, I have noticed that for applicants who already have a valid visa for Canada, CHC -ND takes their cases in priority. I have seen that for majority of the applicants who apply from within India, they have to wait longer. AND I am surprised that they have forwarded your file to Hong Kong ! |
