Go to www.CAIPS.CA...
2.download application kit
3.file the forms and sign it and scan both forms (if you want to send them via email)
4. Make a payment online..(they will send you confirmation email abt payment)
5.wait for the CAIPS report

I am also gonna order Caips.   Hey sunshine, ur application has been delayed a lot. Well according to processing time table its now 10 months for MPNP. hv u sent them any e-mail? if yes what was their response?   

N r u gonna order caips thru sm website or thru ur relatives ? m thinking to do it thru my relatives.

"Your application has been reviewed by an officer and is pending the final decision. You will be notified once all steps are complete"
send in Jan then they replied
"Your e-mail has been forwarded to the appropriate section for any necessary action. If anything further is required at this time, the section will contact the applicant."

I order Capis through website...let see what will happen..

don't know my background checks r over or not becuase they never mention anything in their email abt background checks...

still waiting for my re-medical request, don't know how long it will take

Hi guys. I applied under pnp Ontario. I got my passport call on 6th feb 2012 and my passport was received at CHC New Delhi on 22nd feb 2012 and I am still waiting for my passport with visa.  Please can anyone tell how much time to they take to stamp visa. In my case my medical was done when I was in Canada and I got a separate call to submit my passport. So they just need to stamp visa. Can anyone tell how much time will they take to stamp it.

It looks totally fraud to me. CIC never share any information of your file with third party until you request CIC and fills up USE OF Representative Form. Don't waste you hard earned money on these fraud websites.

Its nothing like fraud my friend, under "right of information act Canada", we can get details of our immigration file, like what they have worked on so far.  Of course these websites take a lot of money as they are doing business.

However if u want, u can order caips thru any of ur relative or friend, it will be just $5 fees to get caips. (thats what i am gonna do). u just need to fill up 2 forms, IMM5475E and IMM5563E and send it to ur contact in canada. U will get the report back in 3-4 weeks.

it is more then 2 yrs since my application is under process at CHC ND and more then 3 months since i have done re-medical and resubmitted the passport.
yesterday i went to CHC ND to ask for my daughter's passport as same was required for exam purpose. the lady who came from inside to return the passport at the counter told me that your file is not in the final stage, i was shocked !
friends 67 days before on 13th Jan chc had sent me email saying your file is under final review where as this lady at counter saying not under final review that too, 67 days after chc confirming by email. i do not know what is happening. whom to believe that lady or email.

be honest CHC ND don't know what they are doing...they never stand on 1 thing...they answer always different....i really don't know how CHC work n how they say they r 1 of the good embasssssy?

Do the MPNP authorities mention the tentative processing time to be elapsed for LOA in the AOR released by them ?

I received AOR in which it has been clearly mentioned that your application may take 3-6 months for LOA.

Kindly share who got AOR or LOA.

I think u need some patience my friend. Normal time for LOA is 4-6 months if u have applied through snail mail, however if u hv applied online normal processing time is 2-3 months. n please stop posting every query in my inbox, put it here in forum instead.
