Yes i received LOA in short time as i applied via Manitoba Online application tool.  but now its not being processed fast at all.  i am done with medicals from last 3 months n sick of waiting.  1 of my cousin applied after 1 month n she has got her passport back with visa. Dont know whats wrong ?

He don't need to show abt this first cousin at all...sometime this effect and some time it not... its depend what VO think so its best don't show that his cousin live outside Canada...
Anyway in Canada immigration forum you don't need to tell abt your Canadian relative

yep i hv been in NZ for more than 2 yrs & traveled south Africa n thailand...  i know this is gonna delay my application... but how long i dnt know  Sad Sad Sad  hv u also been abroad ?  they didnt tell u anything for such a long delay ? hv u sent them any enquiry ? n hv u got another medical request yet ?

Same thing with me as well.. I've lived in australia and new Zealand for over a year each .. And last year I had to travel Singapore UAE hong kong Thailand and Malaysia . But those were under 6 months so dint require police certificates .. But worried as to how long it would take to process though..  And worst part is I have not even received my medical requests Sad

Obviously it delays bit more as the person included in ur application also goes through same security check's n other stuff like the main applicant.

Today I have received our passports back. Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

After 7 months 20 days, I am shocked because they are without any visa sticker. I also received a letter along with them, which states as below:

Dear Applicant:

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.

Due to prolonged processing in your case, and in the event you may need to travel, your passports(*) are
herewith returned to you. When we need them we will request them again.



I would also like to tell that I do not have any travel history. If any body has similar experience, please share views.
