Timeline for PNP from New Delhi.

I saw ur last post and feel very sad for u and pray to god tht u ll get ur pp with magic sticker soon and also i feel bad till date i dont received mine but friends i contacted to  my consultant and he told me tht today afternoon they were eight visa issued so pan india many visa issued by New Delhi Visa Office for sure.

He told me tht they issued visa in bulk so this time again they started issuing visas so all waiting list will be clear by first week of february maximum time period and i believe in him as he is much experience into this immigration process since last 15 years and 99% success ratio he has hence i fully believe in ths man also exited to hear this news from him because if its truth thn all my friends those are waiting will get their visas by febuary second week and fly to canada and start their success journey

Wish u all a very best of luck and u please find one blog here in below where anyone can post their problems and suggestion and i will try to get bck to them with right solution and suggestion if i could do so for them...

I am here 24/7 for all my friends in future also so friends i am nt finish my relationship with u all it should be long lasting as such as CANADA PR lol

my ecas says that my medical results have been recieved and again updated to IN PROCESS on friday..
i have submitted my passport with my medical. do you have any idea if i can collect my passport back from CHC delhi instead of mail ?? coz i have booked my ticket back to canada on 16th january ....

I am really happy if i can suggest u right cause of action regarding ur concern but for tht i just would like to know tht under which stream u did applied ur file and whts ur current status in canada and whre are you now..

As u mentioned in ur last blog tht u had already booked ur ticket back to canada on 16th January 12 whereas ur ecas status is in process now so in such case i dnt getingu actualy.

If u are currently in canada as student or on work permit and no visiting to inda and submited ur passport wth medical thn u can request to CIC New Delhi for return ur passport with stating in request tht ur semester is started on so and so date so u hv to resume ur study on tht day but this applicable if u r on student visa there already or u can request there and stating in request tht u r seeking ur pp back as ur leave frm is going to over and u hv to resume in work from so and so date..

Please give me actual ur status and under which stream u did applied

i have applied under Saskatchewan pnp ( post grad work permit ). right now m in India on my vacation.
my ecas says that they have received my medical results in last week of November and they are now processing my application (started 20th December)....so now my ecas says IN PROCESS
how long does it takes IN PROCESS ?
i am on my work permit status....
after my decision is made can i collect my passport from CHC DELHI ?

Ofcourse U can collect ur passport from newdelhi visa offce but for such case u just inform them by way of case specific enquiry as well as send them writen letter stating tht u have to resume ur work on 16th january 2012 hence i will collect my pp from the visa office in person if u issued visa or if not issued thn also i will collect the pp from visa office and send back to visa office upon request. in such case the can give u pp back or u can pls write down mail to the stating the same but mail revert will take longer time so better u send them one letter by today itself throught courier so they will received by tmrw aftenoon or post afternoon and inform u accordingly.

Please do send them one letter today and be ensure to mentioned ur file no and passport no and mentioned proper reason tht u have to go back to canada as ur under work permit which is still valid and u r working there and here in india for vacation so u hv to resume ur work on so and so date so revert pp back if it will take more time to takee decision and i will return pp back to u upon ur request

do you have any idea how long does it take after IN PROCESS status or after DECISION MADE status ?? if its not too many days than i can extend my travelling dates .....
and do you have any idea if i can courier my passport from canada when they ask for it ?

Its illigel to send pp from canada or even out of india so u hv to send it or have to send to smebody else at india and they will snd to cic nd...

also no time specification period given by cic nd for inprocess to dm status so u can infrm them to return pp as this may take 45 days min.

Hi Aditmpan2
                       Plz can u ask your immigration advisor abt my cas as well. i sent my passport 11 months ago...I sent them email and recived their reply on 5th oct, they reply was:-
"Your application has been reviewed by an officer and is pending the final decision. You will be notified once all steps are complete."
my medical will expire on 15th Feb.
Plz can u ask him him why its took so long and is their any chance i will get my visa before my medical expire.

I Just spoke to my immigration advisor just for ur case and he said tht usually they wil issue visa before medical get expired but its all dependin on their moods and their process but this days they will issue lots of visas so dont worry u may get back pp before ur medical get expire.

Genearally many cases was happend in past as well where applicant medical got expired and requested for fresh new medical but its heppend 2% and its happend becuase of non transperancy in documents so better while u file the documents to immigration office visa office u must submit clear copy of ur documents and arrange to file in order as per their requirement so tht they can study and understand easily. but i am confident and pray for u too tht u ll get ur visa before ur medicl expired.

                 CHC ND asked me for additional doc n i sent them in march after that they didn't asked anything...Hope i will get visa before my medical expire.....let see what will happen

how long tack time after send all document New Dehli ? I see on your Blog is six Month ....?
One of my friend His medical is done in May ,, He get Passport Requiest & send it almost two & half month still no response from CIC New Dehli , Please give any Idea
