hello all

i am a new for this blogs

any body advise to me for AINP Nomination after submit file for ND and complited Med,submit pp,rprf,pcc.

and e-case massage reflect "Medical have been recieved" but no change in Status Application Receved.

but my address are missing. My medical over 19th nov add line (Med Rec) and address missing near to 18th

dec. till today no change..... any body guide for me what is next?

1. As i got AOR on 8 dec  and untill now when i checked my ECAS there is no address appers as u guys mentions in ur posts. it shows just application received and medical received line. IS SOMETHING WRONG?

2.when i send PP and RPRF i don't write File no. on the envolpe. is it ok?

Dear Friends

You should have to write you file no on the letter and on envelop while you communicating with Embassy or else your documents can be put at other place as misc. docs so better to send message mail to immigration department at where you sent your passport fo confirmation of acknowledgement.

I dont think they received your passport as you had not mentioned your file no on the envelop and on the letter because they are receiving lots of file and they are not master to recognize you from your passport so better now you must talk to embassy wether they received your pp or not

hi aditya,, med recv line today also not added...if u know plz advice ...will it be of any use if my employer in canada send a letter to ND embassy to speed up the processing of my file...as he's waiting for me to join the work ASAP...will embassy people react to it positively...or it will irritate them? i have also confirmed from my doc about my med...they said they send my med in nov end only and med were all right..as if there would have been any problem..doc itself would have called  us for second time...so why not updating med recv line.? wait is very frustating..i wish ur wait be over this week...gud luck..

I would like to say one thing that medical received status will get update in 45 -50 days from the date of medical done and as per your last blog post your medical was sent by doctor to CIC ND in end of november hence this will update in next 15 - 20 days because there were year end holidays so they are on leave and not working since last 23rd december 2011

You please wait and watch till this month end because further communication with the embassy will effect and will come result to get delay in processing of you file.

In addition to your last blog i would like to add one more thing that dont try to intrupt to CIC for processing of your application as they are not issuance visa if employer force or request them to issue as they are take time as what they are taking usually but if you try to intrupted with their process than they will delay your process so better to wait and watch at this stage.

Also tell me undr which category u did applied and when and where you medical was done?

I think you did applied under AINP Program if I am not wrong and your medical also done from canada itself as you are currently there in canada right

iam under AINP(family stream) but in india and medicals done on 12 dec.

We received your application for permanent residence on November 25, 2011.

As per your last to last blogs about traveling history

I wud like to say that there is no PCC required if you have less than six month stay in any country

So dont worry as you have no more than six month stay in any country hence you dont need to submit PCC and they will also not ask you for the same.

thanks aditya...is medical receipt which we have to send along with our pp the one which our doc gave us...my doc gave me xerox copy of med reqst papers embassy had send me with our photos and doc's stamp and date on it and i send it along with medicals...i have not send the receipts of the money paid for phy exam to doc..x ray exam to other doc and laboratory tests to other doc which our DMP has told us to do so...do we need to send those receipts also or the one with doc stamp is ok?                                                                                         also gsm-mob file was received on 25 nov and his med recv line is added but our file was recv on 6 nov still med line not added?       i can see most people with pnp for manitoba or alberta but not for bc? why?

how should i come to know that why bc pnp ppl r not here but anyways here u can get all pnp ppl and all are very familier here those all are helping hands to eachother in each query

As far as your case is concern guneet you dont need to send medical reports photocopy if doctors gave you once set of it to you but you have to send copy of medical payments receipt which was issued from the network hospital where you did your medical along with your passport

anyways wait for this month end your medical line will be updated if your medical is clear or else they will ask you for further medical test if there is any concern in medicals

IS IT OK IF I SEND THE RECEIPTS NOW OR UPLOAD THE SCANNED COPIES OF RECEIPTS ON CASE SP ENQUIRY FORM? or shall i wait till this month end?
