Hi guys, please see the given below link, it is a new update on the cic website, I received my LOA from MPNP on 15th November, currently in the process of gathering all the documents to send it to the visa office in INDIA, but the current update on the website says that all provincial nominee applications has to be sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia, please see the link below and pool in your thoughts about it. you have to send your docs to nova scotia first, this new procedure was introduced 1st Dec 2011 onwards.
thanks gst8486, I hope this would not further delay the process considering we have to send the documents to canada and then they send it New delhi and then the verification begins only after that .. |

If your case is Genuine then do not worry, even immigration guys know that marketing involves touring so its obvious you won't be on your table all the time. But they would make sure from your office that you work for the specified company or not, your physical presence is not required.
For job in US they would be able to verify very easily, as everything would be on record and its easy to retrace your work history.
And they would talk to your boss in any language your boss is comfortable with.
But your company would know about your case to canada no matter what you do cause these verification guys would show up any time when required.
Thanks for the information. It's better to inform my owner/boss in advance. For USA, I also submitted salary slips. So, It will be easy to verify and again then can verify though SSN records. It's good if they talk with my boss in native language. Thanks |

Hello Manpreet I had sent my file to CHC New Delhi on 19th June, 2011 and the same was received at CHC New Delhi on 20th June, 2011 (as per ecas) and I have received my medical letter on 30th June, 2011 which was dated 27th June, 2011 along with Right of Permenent Residence Fee Receipt dated 23rd June, 2011. The same cheque of RPRF Fees and Application Fees of Rs.91000.00 (Me & Spouse) was got encash from my bank account on 25th June, 2011 What does it means as you have received you RPRF Receipts in november first week bt the same was already sent to chc new delhi along with yoru applications. Why they sent receipt late by november ? Pleease let me inform why they sent me receipt earlier before encash my DD and why they sent along with Medical letters... I need your feedback and all other feedbacks into this case. Should I expect my visa latest by mid of this month as my remedical was done on 13th October, 2011 and same was appeared on the ecas status as Medical Results has been received on 10th NOvember 2011 When should i expect to get my pp back with magic stickers Please any one can share their feedback with me as i am getting very much fustraited now |

Hi Seniors,
I am from Pakistan, My medical is done on 1 November from designated doctor. In my medical instruction it is mentioned that examiner have to send the medical reports at CHC London. But my doctor send my reports in India, New Delhi. I asked my doctor why he send my report to New Delhi. He said CHC instructed them to send their & New Delhi office will send the reports to CHC London.
Please tell me is that true. Please help me as this point me making me little worried.
