So my medical expiry date is over. Just got a email reply after one month of my email..

Hi Everybody, I got my SINP approved under student category in april 2011. I Sent my federal application under PNP to NEW DELHI on 22 May 2011. I Got Medical request and file number on July 6, 2011. I got my Medical Done. Now, I want to know how long would it take to further reply from New Delhi regarding the acceptance of Medical or any other enquiry since they do not reply to any of my email. Another Important Question is .. DO I NEED TO GO TO INDIA TO GET VISA ON MY PASSPORT ONCE THEY APPROVE MY IMMIGRATION???.... OR I CAN JUST MAIL MY PASSPORT TO NEW DELHI TO GET THE VISA STAMPED ON MY PASSPORT FOR THE PR?  |

Hey Tim The reply which you got is the general reply .They give this type of reply to each and everyone.Now i think you have to do something its been 11 months better you write them a letter. Bythe way in which category you applied like I applied under SINP-Family class.You tell me the category may be than i can help you further. Thanks |

Hey I didn't get it what general class is? From which province did you get nomination? Do you have any family member there?Anyway you give me these answers in between i have a consultant ..i heard about him that he could get the update from the embassy as he is the member of CSIC. Thanks |

AINP - fAMILY Stream - we applied in 2008 August and have got nomination in march 2011, lets see what happens - its changed to DM today
Lots of International Travels including UK , Europe , USA & Canada - in fact i have sent 2 Passports as the first one had exhausted pages ..

Hey Thankss Man!! Don't worry you will get your passports with visas once you get the nomination New Delhi has just to do formality and background checks. By the way we applied under SINP (Saskatechwan INP)-Family stream . We sent the file in September 2010 for nomination and got nomination in Jan 2011. In April 2011 we applied to CHC Delhi ,In May we sent the passports now lets see how much time they will take. Thanks |
