do u know anybody in person whose application was approved and was in same situation as me( his sponsor had already sponsored some else and case still in process). Please reply me soon, will really appreciate ur kind help.

Thanks for your reply, as far as I know you have applied under family stream right. My application is under general stream( does the same criteria holds for me also, that my sponsor can support more than 1 applicant at the same time).

it will take 2-3 month to receive AOR n it will take 5-7 months 2 receive LOA |

First page shows my mailing address, my name PR application status IN Process,
When I click in process it has three options underas:
Application for PR Outside Canada
Application for PR in Canada
Application sent to novo scotia for federal skilled category
I have clicked on all of three seperately
ist one says in Process (Red Colour)
2nd also says in Process (Red Colour)
3rd says as it shows total process steps from Novo scotia to delhi office like as:
1.Application received by Novoscotia Red Colour
2. Eligibility Review Complete Green colour
3. Application received by visa office Green Colour
4 Visa Office eligibility review Complete Green Colour
5. In process Red Colour
6 decision made blue colour ( medical repuest recived by cic)
7 complete Red Colour
Pls help me on same.

it will take 2-3 months to receive ur AOR. some time they send u file no, medical request and passport request together. be honest CIC time line hard to tell you...every case differenr time line.... |
