THE VERY FIRST POST IS A HAPPY NEWS Processing Time in NEW DELHI CHC had recently jumped to 9 months (as per cic website ) but i checked just now it has came back to 8 Months. Keeping my fingers crossed.  I sent my docs under SINP few days back and were received at NEW DELHI on 01 Nov 2011. Lets see what happens. Best of luck to my fellows who just climbed into the same boat. Did you apply for SINP skilled worker? Where from India? How long it took for you to get nomination? I applied in June at Canada for SINP skilled worker, but still didnt get nomination. Pls discuss your timeline here. |

Hey Sartaj, Congrats for the success bro, now its time to pack your bags for Canada What i am wondering about is that when your application/ file was received at New Delhi after you got your nomination ? And how long it took for CIC to direct you for Medical ? I am just trying to relate it to my situation, i mailed my docs from Canada after getting my SINP approval (as i am already in Canada on Work Permit) which were received by CHC-New Delhi on 01 Nov 2011 (as per FedEx tracking#). Did you apply for SINP skilled worker?
Where from India? How long it took for you to get nomination?
I applied in June at Canada for SINP skilled worker, but still didnt get nomination.
Pls discuss your timeline here.
I had applied under Skilled Category of SINP, Applied for SINP in Jan 2011 Nomination Received in Oct 2011 They took almost 10 months to give me Approval but finally i got it. Make sure your Employer ( who gave you the offer letter ) knows that he is gonna get a call from SINP office for enquiry. SINP office might question the wage if its not in accordance to standards, for one of my buddy, his case got prolonged cause his employer was offering wage less than the standard, it was not below minimum wage though , then his employer negotiated with SINP by saying that he is a very skilled and qualified worker and they need him, eventually the employer had to increase the wage (but still it was below the standard requirement), but after that my buddy got his nomination. So make sure you know that for your job category whats the minimum wage in saskatchewan and if required the employer should negotiate with SINP |

I think its some where stated that all the STMPED PAGES of passport should also be copied and attested. Hopefuly they don't emphasis that much in your case. But even if you had sent blank page copies you should have got it attested. Regardless - lets hope for the Best. |

i think then u should get all the pages photocopied( which has been stamped)n get it notarised. |

hi aditmpan2 sorry I also don't have any idea bout this as i've also done my medicals few days back but I think if everything is okay in ur reports then u should be getting ur passports within 2-3 months not sure. |

Hey Guys Any updates from anybody? Manpreet Hope you got your passport with magis page.....
Please update anybody about process time after Re Medical done as my remedical request was sent by CHC New Delhi on 4TH August, 2011 and the same medical was done on 13th October, 2011 So I Just want to know the process time post this medical reports received by CHC New Delhi as my Re Medical Report was normal as per panel doctor as where i had under gone for medical.
Please update about this if any one can know about such case.
