My family and I applied for Quebec immigration in 2009.  We finally received our request for medical exams on June 22nd, 2011.  We went and had the medicals on June 30th, 2011.  How long does it take from the time that you complete your medical to get an answer/passport request?  Also how long does it take to issue the immigrant visa once the embassy has our passports?  Thanks!

The official website of the Cairo Visa Office says that it can take up to 3 months after the medicals before they contact you.

We sent the medicals about a month later than you did (August 30), still haven't heard from them.
