Is the design of the new PR Card significantly different from the old one? I mean starting Aug 2009, there was change. Is this a lot diff from the pre Aug 2009 days?

It contains the same information, but the design/layout and colors are very different. Is the design of the new PR Card significantly different from the old one? I mean starting Aug 2009, there was change. Is this a lot diff from the pre Aug 2009 days?
