@ Mayonnaise, That should be fine. Courier deliveries are addressed to CEM via the address you wrote - but at the point of delivery - at the CEM lobby, the courier will be instructed to deliver that to the receiving office at Basement 4. No deliveries are accepted at the CEM Lobby - all are directed downstairs. There will be someone to receive it there and if requested, sign for it as received.
"The RPRF can be submitted through courier to the Canadian Embassy or through the drop-box located at Basement 4 of the RCBC Plaza. For the Embassy address, refer to the upper right hand corner of this letter. "
They would have received it. I sent some of my docs requested via dropbox when I was in the PH in May - no-one to sign for it, no receipt. I just slid the envelop in the dropbox, said a small prayer and then sighed when I dropped it in. Monitor the encashment of the RPRF at your bank.

@ Mayonnaise - Just the same, to ensure CEM does take notice of documents sent in via courier or dropbox, I sent scanned copies via email ( hehehe I sent them a 'Notification from Applicant Message' - if CEM or CIC gives an AOR, well I can send them back an AoR, everytime they send me a letter, and I can send them a notification everytime I send back what they require), which I think flooded their inbox due to the size and number of the file attachments. So I sent multiple emails, breaking down the attachments, but numbering them in the subject lines of my emails (i.e. email 1 of 5, etc.) all with a preface formal letter. So lo and behold, I got a reply via email, instructing me that these should be sent via courier or dropbox. I replied back saying they were already sent via dropbox on the date of the email. Well my intention was just to notify CEM of the docs I sent, and having them reply back to my emails, for me, show they are now aware I sent them the requirements back. So they can't reason out (in case needed down in the future) that I was amiss in fulfilling their instructions or they have not received anything back from me - I have the email reply from them as proof they are aware I sent them the required documents. . Sort of an extracting an acknowledgement from CEM, something very hard to get.... . Who knows, I may need it later down the line

Hi Paulo,
Thanks for updating. Sa TIMBOL daw po 6 days lang, i read it sa isang forum dito or dun yata sa FB ng mga PNP. I also called this clinic max of 10 days daw. kasi sa Nationwide sobrang tagal. nasa 3 weeks pataas.
Thanks.
Thanks.. Sa location ng TIMBOL?

FINALLY SOME GOOD NEWS FROM MANILA!!!
They sent me an email last night requesting me to pay the $490 residence fee. Atleast its moving.
Does anybody know how long I have to wait before they (1.) encash the check and (2) ask for my passport

"tas ilang weeks after nun, na receive ko ung for medical.." ilang weeks after noon exactly po ninyo nakuha yung MR?

I'll scan the Bank draft and the Canada post receipt over the weekend then send it to them by Monday. Ill let you know what happens after that. How many days did it take for them to reply? and What email address did you use when you sent your "Personal AOR?" hehe.

i dont think it really matters (which stream theyre applying for). Theyre going by application times. check your ecas. i had my medicals done mid-March and my ecas updated to "medicals received" around end of april. CEM/CIC doesnt send AORS for medicals they just update the Ecas

Pati ako nag tataka. For MPNP mabilis lang ang processing after nomination, pero sa AINP, almost a year na ang inaaabot. My passport is about to expire on March and hindi ko pa alam kung mag papa renew na ako or hindi kasi I'm concerned na baka anytime PPR na.

hello, pareho po tayo.. ainp family stream.. have you tried inquiring sa CEM regarding this matter? kasi they said (sa email na sinend nila sakin) na it will take 11 months to process your application.. so i was thinking na hindi talaga lalagpas sa timeline nila.. i would like to suggest that you send an email sa kanila para at least malaman mo na bakit natatagalan.. just dont forget to include your file number sa subject para dali nilang mahanap file mo.. in my case, i submitted my app form sa CIO nova scotia tapos sila na ang ng-forward sa CEM noong jan... i dont think it really matters (which stream theyre applying for). Theyre going by application times. check your ecas. i had my medicals done mid-March and my ecas updated to "medicals received" around end of april. Welcome sa thread Mark. Thanks for sharing your timeline. BTW, your AOR Oct 14, 2011 is from CIO or from CEM? also your MED, is it Med request from CEM or Med done? Please clarify for most of us are comparing our timeline to yours.. thanks...
