yeah... it took me a month to get mine too.
we faxed it on May 19 and exactly 4 weeks later, on June 16, we got a fax from 'em about positive LMO.

Hi Guys! Please help..
I submitted/transmitted my on-line application for work permit renewal last May 20, 2011. In my application, I was asked to upload my passport but I was not asked to upload my job offer. The job offer was extended to me February 14, 2011. My work permit expired June 14, 2011. I realize now that I actually needed to upload my job offer and AINP letter also. Is there any way that I can correct this? Can I still forward my job offer by mail? Or on-line? If I could sumbit it online do you which email address should I use?

i havent go any response from them. they said they will notify...... no idea what they are doing.
website said they are dealing with  April 28th application. i applied mine on 16th May. so i have to wait.
dont they email you? sounds like not eh. you should wait until they contact/email you. i dont know.
emailing job contract, passort copy is not big deal. be patient i guess

I submitted my application on June 30, my WP is gonna be expired on Aug 20. We can do nothing else but wait, eh~

Hi Pouce, I think your WP will be ready soon, just checked the processing times on cic website, they are working on the application on May 13, 2011!!!!Congrat!!!

Hi guys

I have applied for a LMO on June 22nd. I wanted to know if any of you guys applied after a post graduate work permit. I have a post graduate work permit that expires November 24th and I have been offered a permanent job. As per the hrsdc website, the employer is not required to demonstrate recruitment efforts if he want to retain a post graduate work permit holder as a permanent employee. Is anyone of you witha similar case? I wanted to know how much what is written on the website is true. Also what kind of questions do they ask the employer? Thanks in advance
