Applied for student visa on 26 may 2009
Rejected from the embassy on 25 June 2009
Re-applied on 15 July 2009
Interview called on 21 July 2009
Received medical papers on 30 July 2009
Medical done and passport courier back to embassy on 18 Aug 2009
Received Student visa on 3 Sep 2009 ( visa stamped on 31 August )

did u apply in CHC Islamabad.
Why was ur application rejected 1st time?
How did u avoid that problem 2nd time?

yes I applied in CHC Islamabad
my classes are starting from 8 sep... its getting very late but not my fault its CHC's fault

my reasons are same as usual people get
1)not enough ties to Pakistan
2)academic course is available in Pakistan
actually it was their misunderstanding but i explained to them my reasons by application then they called me for an interview where again I explained to them my reasons, verbally, they understood me and by the grace of GOD they granted me the VISA

Finally i Also got my VISA today  Thanks to all of you who help me ... here is my short story .. I first applied in oct 2008 for the winter session .. but got rejected .. ( here is the link of that time: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/waiting-for-more-then-a-month-t12932.0.html;msg51355#msg51355 ) Later i reapplied this year with the same doc's(few additionals) same purpose same uni .. same program .. here is my timeline: Send Application: 13 july 2009 Got medical: 21 july 2009 Resend passport: 03 August 2009 Ask for additional doc's by Email: 10 august 2009 Send docs: 19 august 2009 Got VISA : 31 august 2009 (STAMP of 25th august) Wish others best of luck..
