When ur classes r starting.
ur program and uni?
What additional documents were u asked to provide by email?

Program name = Engineering Management
University  = University of ottawa
Classes begin from = 8th sept 2009.

Addtional documents asked were :
1) family relationship proof with my uncle.
2) my bro australian status and his employment proof if any.
3) my pay slip
4) my previous company reference letter.
5) and last they asked question that if any of my relative reside in canada then provide proof ( i said no one is there)

Thats all..

on 28-8-09 i recieved my refusal of sudent visa ,,,,bcoz same program was available in pak....i emailed chc...by giving them a lot of reasons that they took wrong decision and some letter from govt officials...


today i recieved a email from chc that send us ur docs again so we can reconsider it

Ask for a fee deferral if it is possible. You may also have option of late fee with fine, check this.
