got medical on 15th april 2009
sent passport back on 22 april 2009
interview on phone on 13 july 2009
sent A level result on 17 aug 2009
got visa today 28 Aug 2009
university= university of calgary
program= bachelors in engineering

well something odd has happened i was going tto retake my medical today when I got a call from fedex to collect my document em the next person in line to collect the document from fedex
Its most likely a rejection but I will let you all know what happens. Why would the embassy want my medical redone and then make a choice without the medical
Ears are buring hot and em sweating as i type this from my phone

Alhamdulillah I got my visa today.
My timeline is as below:
Applied : 16th June
Got Medical : 30th June
Medical Done : 14th July
Passport sent back : 17th July
Additional Documents Requested: 30th July
Additional Documents Dispatched: 7th August
Got Visa : 28th August

@ fsohail where are you going? your uni and program ? @ All..Guys anybody knows how to apply for withdrawal of case and take back your passport and degrees etc? i have requested for withdrawal of case, through email..it was useless. and no reply even to withdrawal email..I have admission in USA,,I might go there may be next year..hoping that US embassy make the decision on time.. yar Itna time tu hum budget bananey mein mahi lagatey jitna ye visa k decision bananey mein lagatey hein Best of Luck to All waiting @ MMB2K , i m going to Ryerson university, Toronto for the Masters of Engineering ( MEng Computer Networks) program. i dnt know why CHC is taking so long to process my application, my mother is sponsoring my studies, i have also paid the non refundable tution fee over there. submitted my app on 17th of june, resend my passpt on 15 july, still no +ive news. congratulations 2 all who received their pspt n visa |
