Timeline for CHC Islamabad

how's that possible ... my father born in 1951 .. at that time Pakistan was just 4 years old .. and no birth certificate kind of document were exist that time.

You have to show B form of your father. If your father does not have B Form then you have to get all ID cards of your uncle aunt ( phupho taya , chachu etc.c ) go to consular office. They will issue Birth certificate in 2 to 3 days. Each birth certificate will cost 600+ Rupee. Then you can get these birth certificate to NADRA office and submit them their. They will issue the B Form. That will show the relationship of your father with your uncle. ( NADRA will take some time ) SO try to see if birth certificate works... You can also send them any other legal document that shows that your uncle is your dad's brother.

 @ agazerboy : thanks for the input .. but don't u think it will take a lot of time  ...  isn't there any shorter way?? i have to submit my docs with in week or so ... so that my application get proceed on time.

But ask your father may be they have B FORM ( coz this is the oldest thing that pakistan have :p )...

my father is no more. he passed away in 1997 that is before nadra issued the new NIC.but i do have old nic of my father and i am sure its not easy to get Birth certificate with in a week from nadra based on old NIC. also we dont have any B form of my father :s ....

i want to ask is it "OK" to show them signed affidavit from my uncle which states that he and my father are brother..

Buddy really sorry hear that. It is very important that you prove the relationship with proper documentation. CHC will not accept any undertakings on this. There has to be a way to prove this relationship. Ask your uncle if he can help. I think even your dad's old nic would work as it will have your grand dad's name on it. Or maybe his educational degrees will have your grand dad's name on them.

If you are unable to provide them with valid proof, i think they will not approve of the application.

dude you can book a flight without the passport but you cant keep it booked for very long.. so when you send your result to chc send a letter asking then to process your application in a week!! and then get the ticket booked!!
