@ Bahamjii did u applied for stundent permit ?? Or work if that so they did asked me a letter of current employement but thats just to see where there it macthes with current academic course where there it suits in the future !! Or are u sponsoring yourself then its for checking where there you got enough money !! Dear !!! Hope thats help its must be on a letter headed for the company information should be reliable on it take care mate

well in my case my father is sponsor...so CHC need my letter just to check weather iam working under the same expereince as that of my course selection.........
and i have applied for study permit .....

@ Bahii thats right we are in the same position yeah your course should macth with the job you doing eg studying accountancy but presently you working as an assistant accountant tel me mo?re what you doing ? they also might want to find out if you are well established ?? So please do take care of it should be on company letter head !! Hope thats helps keep me posted

Dear All
i have been viewing this forum and reading alot abt all u people. I have finally decided to join cz of desperation. I am also an applicant of Canadian Student Visa . I haven't received visa so far despite of so many time has passed. My time line is:
Applied on 12th Feb.
Send Medical on 18 march.
Waiting

So finally July ends... Time flies!! These two weeks are critical for all of us!! so keep your fingers crossed!! The later the visa you get the better it is as you'll have more time in your hand to apply for an extension!! atleast thts what i say to myself.. haha!!

hi guyz i am going to apply tomorrow for the student visa
plz wish me best of luck and pray for all to get visa as soon as possible
and yes one main thing i have asked my cousins who went last year ......they said that the chc always gives u visa near ur first class about a week or a week and a half early from the first class
this is confirmed
my classes start on 8 september

iam civil enigneer and i was working with construction firm....in my country ......my main objectives were ....planing...execution...and MNG...of the project.....and i have applied for Construction and Management program.....( MENG ) ...itss comp related to my field....and with my previous..education also........

two of my friends are going to mcgill university for b.eng electrical. One got his visa today and other got his visa 3 days ago and both are leaving on wednesday.

Everybody is getting it except me.. I dont know even if I am getting it or not.. this is sooO frustrating.. its been more than 5 months for me now!! I hope this coming weeks brings some good news.. Best of luck for your result mugen.. almost 10 more days left for you!! How come ur frnds got the visa and you were asked for result??

because my friends gave Advanced Subsidury level exam in their first year of A level and in second year they gave A levels second year exam and its result is awaiting. I gave both exams together, u can say part 1 and part 2 together while they gave part 1 in first year and part 2 in second. so they got it on the basis on their first year exams(AS exam). Also i have never seen anyone denied a visa who got into mcgill university which is best university in canada.
