Yeah you can send it back to CHC. If you forgot to submit any document with application so now you can submit it with passport. By the way what is your uni. and prog. name???

Read all the documents came with your PP carefully..
CHC sends a letter indicating documents they require for processing.. If you have already provided them then just send the Passport along with the letter came with the medical..
Once again read the CHC instructions properly..

Hey guys my intake is these month july but have heard anything from cic but to rescue myself i wrote to the colleage and they gave me an extention for another month what do i do in these case but its in a format of email the extentions

Hi!
I applied for Study permit on June 10
Got Medical on June 24
Send my passport back on July 1
Now, I received a letter from CHC on July 22 stating that "Please provide the Proof of Full Tuition Payment"
The problem is that the University of Regina in which I applied for enrol students for courses after they get Study Permit so I cant pay them the fees in advance.
Do you guys have any idea what should I do now in order to satisfy them.Please, reply soon as I ve been searching the internet for the answer since 2 days.

Hi, friends
I got refusal today with the following reasons.
“
Considering your employment and academic history and the availability of similar programs of study in Pakistan, i am not satisfied that your sole purpose for going to Canada is to further your education.”
Time Line
Applied on 14th May 2009
Medical on 3rd June 2009
Refusal received on 24th July 2009
Can any body help or suggest something, because in my opinion they did not review my application of facts the reason is
1. My Employments period is 15 Years in Human Resource Present 3 Years in Administration in a leading energy sector Company. (My Study leave was granted by the Company and with recommendation letter to the CHC.
2. My academic history is not excellent but not bad at all and relevant to my job.
3. Not an signal University in the World is offering “ MA Human Systems Interventions” it is an specialize programme for persons who are working or would like to work in Human Resource.
You people tell me what I should do now.
1. Should I sit back and relax
2. Reapply again with written FACTS (Classes starts from 8th September)
3. Or just write an appeal to CHC to reconsider the matters of facts.
(Please response as earlier as possible)

I think you should write or fax this to CHC!! They will tell you what to do!!
I emailed them once asking whether there is any such requirement for visa and they said no you dont need to pay fee in advance to get a study permit.
Anyways, I dont know why they are asking you for this but you should definately tell your story to the high commission.

Good to know, I agree Gerry's Fedex in lame,which TCS office do I go to since I have to send my passport back. If I choose yo use Fedex do I have to pay another 1400Rups
