maybe they do when your classes are starting early.. but if you have time then everybody says they take 4 months.. but you never know..

hey inquiry001 it depends on wt date ur classes are going to commence usually they issue the visa a week b4 ur classes !!!!
u applied so early thts y its taking too long i knw the ppl who got thngs done in just 4 5 weeks so keep ur fingers cross and
all the best !!!!!

Applied 26th of Feb
Medical 21st of March
Sent Passport back on 28th of March
Got my Visa on 9th of April
It all depends on when your classes commence. I was to be in Canada for my summer session therefore they had to answer soon. If you've applied for a September course chances are you won't hear until start of August.

Thank you!! That was a relief.. Although if i dont get the visa i'll end up wasting my whole year.. Coz it'll be to late to apply some place else

Inquiry, I would suggest waiting. If you nag them about your application it might not work well for you. Since they need to protect their immigration laws/etc, a visa for study cannot be granted 2/3 months before a student's semester begins. That's a lot of time to be idle in a country where your sole purpose is to study, therefore it's best you wait it out. Patience pays well; and in this case, it's inevitable.
It will all pay out in the end; don't worry.

yup just wait and see!!!!!!!and if they had to refuse ur application they wud have done it in the start so u have been accepted buddy now u jus hafto collect the passport and fly !!so be prepared ;)
