I do 've relatives in canada aswell.. my aunt (sister of my mother) lives there... what should i say if they'd ask me the same question? what if i'd say no, is there anyway for them to prove me wrong?

hi guys..

i applied on 30th april and i didnt get any response, so i had sent a query to CHC Singapore thru CEC(Canadian Education Centre), an agency thru which I applied for the visa.

So this morning one lady from CHC phoned me and asked me questions like:
y canada?
y this course? is it not available here(Singapore)?
y does ur wife want to come with u?
and her main concern was... wat ties do u have with singapore?

for ties, i told that me, my wife n my brother are PRs here..
she said not those, but asked me for any other elements like father, mother, any house or economic ties with Singapore..
for that, i said..basically nothing much, just that i'm a PR here and lived here for 7years..

after that, she said i can expect a mail/update from them in 1-2weeks..and said that if its not positive, i shud know y..

ok guys..so i guess my story ended there.. i know wat my mail is gonna be..
if i had applied alone & left my wife in Singapore, then they might take that as a sufficient tie to Singapore and might have approved..but i want my wife to join me..so even if i apply a TRV for her later on, they wud reject her.. so its better that they reject both of us straightaway..

guys no need to email or fax them stay calm and wait for their response....
i got the call next day after sending the fax....same happened with shibinsait

mine also not stamped. I dont think it wud be a problem. My friends in Canada never went to anyothehr country and they got visa. it all depends on luck.

Even I have emailed them last week and fax them last monday but they didnot even bother to reply me
i dont know wat is happening wid my wife's case

They take some time to reply so take it easy.. I guess pushing it too much annoys them aswll!! I dont think im going to xall fax or email until the end and if necsry!! So hold it in there and pray!!

Actually I m afraid from hassan's case
But from his case one thing is clear that they issue u medical request widout opening ur file
and they will open ur file wen they recieved ur medical

they take sometime to reply.. The email i sent on the 23rd of april was answered on the 1st of june.. I had emailed them 2 more times in the meantime.. haha.. so i think you should wait and not think about your application.. I am trying the same but this forum keeps me reminding of it.. haha!!
