Timeline awaiting for PPR under MPNP

My application Timeline

October  2010 – application applied to MANITOBA  
November  – received File Number -  forgot exact date
April  28, 2011 – LOA  address to CEU (Canada Embassy UAE-United Arab Emirates)
May  9, 2011 – LOA amendment  address to CEM (Canada Embassy Manila)
June 6,2011 – documents submitted to CEM w/ fees
June 12,2011 – CEM inform us for the incorrect figure for fees
June 26,2011 - documents re-submitted to  CEM w/ corrected fees
July 21,2011 - AOR
August 23, 2011 – CEM requesting for  School & Employment certification  
September  1,2011 – CEM school & Employment certification  
October 4, 2011 - MR
October 28, 2011 - medical examination  done
December 22 – as per e-CAS application to be process / medical received  
Awaiting - PPR

as per e-cas our papers was processed started on December 22, 2011 and looking at flow of procedures with in a month the PPR might come. My concern is I am out of the country, how if I am not available during PPR? I guess that only 30days allow to comply to PPR?

can i make letter informing CEM that i'll be available only on March 2012 or April 2012. I think they will be considerate with that scenario?

anyone who has same experience, please advise guys.
