How much time should I wait after I sent the papers to receive the first reply? will it be through email? what will it be saying? Will it mean we are safely in the cap?

so you mean to say..it will take a minimum of one and a half months to get the first reply from them??those who have send their application in November will have to wait till January to hear from them,that they have received our documents??

Mayankpt,

If you have a tracking number for your package, then you can know that CIC has received your package.

But for you to receive an official acknowledgement via email from CIO is currently taking approx 45-60 days.

my consultant has sent it yesterday..may be 2day..i'will be getting the consignment number...
so you have applied under which noc??your time lines?
