Time to be waiting for response from Warsaw...

I applied in March 2005. My application was transferred to Warsaw Visa Office in June 2009. Last July, I received a letter from them to update my application within 90 days (this October).

My questions are:
How much time I should wait for their respons to know I am accepted or rejected?
If accepted, how much time does it normally take to get the visa? Includling medical and...
