Hi,

I applied in early 2005. What is the actual time to process application under FSW catg. They have just sent me letter to confirm whether I am still interested in immigrating to Canada. What's further and how long? I do not fall in the recent 'occupations in Demand' list. Please comment.

Thanks in anticipation

New rules and occupations list are irrelevant because you are under the old system.  The letter they sent you can be taken as a sign that they are starting to process your file now and just want to make sure you are still interested.
