Is it right by new rules you dont have to live 3 years in canada ,you just come, do some documentation can leave canada untill geting citizenship after 3 or 4 years

Where did you hear this news from? Can you post the URL to substantiate or is it out of a rumor mill?

My PR application statu: Medicals done on 27th March, resubmitted X-rays on 14th July, resubmitted one medical rpt Aug & got my PPR in Nov.
