 Hi, may i ask a question  is there a time limit on how long a Canadian citizen can stay out of the Country.

my mom is a Canadian citizen and she been living out of the country ( CHINA ) for 2 years now she want to return to Canada  is there any problem  or she can not enter Canada

No, there is no limit for how long a citizen can stay out of the country.  She would have lost health care but she can easily get it back when she goes back to Canada to live.  She should have her Canadian passport.  If her passport is expired, she can talk to the embassy about getting a new one.
