Time for PER after submit IELTS GT

I have been submited the IELTS GT result instead of IELTS academic after request of CIO.So ,Could someone till me the time CIO needs to review and application again and send me PER.
I know there is some forum members who has the same request from CIO,Would you pls share your time process of PER.
