Hi,

I received an email that my application for permanent residence has been accepted and I should submit my passport soon. But I am in rush to get my visa as soon as possible. I have two questions:

1. Can my lawyer submit my passport in person to the visa office or I should submit it by post?
2. If submitted by person, how long would it take for them to issue visa?

Thanks,
Ahmad

Ahmad bhai, first of all accept my congratulation. I think process of submission of passports is only if applicant is outside Canada but if you are already in Canada, then may be process is different such as you just have to take the acceptance letter to POE. But Please double check this.
There is no way we can go to VO personally, they accept PPs only in mail .
Also, can you share your timeline, when was your Medical done?
